Rosemary Cordial (250ml)

We use our own fresh buds of rosemary from our garden to make our Rosemary Cordial. The result is a refreshing, slightly lemony drink.

We recommend that our Rosemary Cordial is made up with sparkling water, but it is also good with still water, or... as a flavouring in gin & tonic, vodka or white wine.

Cordials have a long history dating back to the Italian apothecaries of the Renaissance, and were deemed to be medicinal. They were generally alcoholic and were flavoured with herbs and spices.

Our cordials are non-alcoholic, but use the flavours and ingredients of earlier cordials to produce a range of historically inspired drinks.

We have switched some of our cordial production from 330ml glass bottles to these recyclable 250ml plastic bottles for posting, in oder to prevent further breakages. Please recycle the bottle with other plastic once empty.
