Milk chocolate with cinnamon, cardamom and long pepper.


This spiced chocolate bar is based on English hot chocolate recipes from 1741 and uses Long Pepper to add a hint of hot floral spice, with the warm citrus flavour of Cardamom, with Cinnamon.


Chocolate up until the 1840s was almost always used as a hot chocolate or as flavouring. For this bar we have taken the flavours of early English hot chocolate and created a spiced milk chocolate bar.

  • Milk Chocolate (Sugar, Cocoa Butter, Whole MILK Powdeer, Emulsifier: SOYA Lecithin, Natural Vanilla), Cinnamon, Cardamom, Long Pepper. (Chocolate min 33.6% Cocoa Solids)
