Damson Syrup (2 x 50ml bottles)
A homemade syrup made with homegrown Worcestershire Damsons. In the 18th century, making damson syrup was a way of preserving damsons for later in the year.
It is very good drizzled over ice cream or pancakes, in sauces, or with wine and in cocktails.
Ingredients: Damsons, Sugar. Total sugar content: 62g per 100g. Prepared with 62g of damsons per 100g.
