Chocolate in the 18th century was still consumed mainly as a drink, & had evolved since the 1600s into something recognisable today. This chocolate is based on a recipe from 1741 & uses Long Pepper to add a hint of hot floral spice, with the warm citrus flavour of Cardamom, with Cinnamon.
